Baby Shrimp Alfredo

1/2 lb baby shrimp
1 tbs butter
1/2 to 3/4 cup heavy cream
4 tbs Regianno Parmigiano
1/2 tbs chopped Garlic
1 tbs chopped Parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute' baby shrimp in butter and garlic 3-4 minutes. Add heavy cream and parsley, reduce and fold in Regianno Parmigiano cheese. Keep sauce texture velvety.
