Tuesday: Decreasing clouds and pleasant. High: 62°.
sunshine was nice to see Sunday and temperatures responded, with most climbing
into the low-mid 50s. The warming trend will continue through the week, but it
won't be completely sun-filled.
We will see a few clouds develop overnight Sunday into Monday, and it looks like some could see some fog as well, especially back along the Plateau. Lows will also drop off into the upper 20s-lowers 30s as well, so
watch out where the fog is thicker as it could cause a light glaze on some road
Temperatures rebound quickly Monday, as we climb back into the low-mid
50s, even with increasing clouds across the region.
Most remain dry during
daylight hours, although some along the plateau into Kentucky could see a few
late day showers. Rain will likely shortly after sunset area-wide, but will
exit early Tuesday.
This should leave Tuesday as one of the best days of the
week with a mix of sun and clouds and highs in the lower 60s. Temperatures will
continue to climb into the mid-upper 60s through the week, but there will be
several opportunities for showers and even a few thunderstorms late week.
We will keep an eye on Friday, as there is a possibility some of the
storms could be strong.
