KNOXVILLE (WATE) - Police have identified a woman whose body was found in South Knoxville Sunday.

Officers say the body of Angela Miller, 49, was found around 11 a.m. in the 500 block of Maryville Pike near the railroad tracks.

Officers said the body had apparent signs of trauma. Miller's body was sent to the forensics center for an autopsy where coroners discovered no significant trauma to the body.

It could be several weeks before the results of additional tests are available. The investigation is ongoing.
