HILLIARD, Ohio -

Hilliard police say three people involved in a tangled love triangle are now facing charges.

Hilliard police officers were called to an apartment in the 4800 block of Jeannette Road on a report of a large street fight involving multiple people at 11:50 p.m. Sunday.

According Sgt. Curtis Baker with Hilliard police, Aaisha Bauer, her ex-boyfriend, Anthony Boggs, and his current girlfriend, Cecilia Garner, were arrested as a result of the fight.

The fight began when Bauer’s current boyfriend found out Boggs had been texting Bauer. The men agreed to meet at an apartment complex to fight.

Police say before the men had a chance to fight, the women began driving at each other as soon as the men exited.

"Prior to the boyfriends fighting, the girlfriend and the ex-boyfriend’s new girlfriend start to collide with their vehicles, ramming each other," said Baker.

A neighbor heard the commotion and called police for help.

Bauer and Garner were arrested and charged with felonious assault.

Boggs was found to be in possession of brass knuckles. He was arrested and charged with carrying a concealed weapon.

The other man involved was not charged.

The trio is scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday.
