KNOXVILLE (WATE) - Vol nation is in a frenzy, both the men's and women's basketball teams made it to the Sweet 16 and one local business is already seeing a boost.

As the Vols keep advancing, fans want something to wear as a good luck charm and as a way to remember this awesome season.

A welcome sign sits outside Alumni Hall in Turkey Creek, letting fans know Sweet 16 gear is finally here.

"I think they're going to go really fast," said Ross Colona with the store.

Sweet 16 tee-shirts are the reason shoppers like Leslie Blanton stopped by, hoping it's more a good luck charm then anything else.

"I've been wearing something Tennessee for all the games so far. Hopefully it'll keep us going," she said.

The first shipment arrived Tuesday.

"It's a cool memorabilia to definitely hold on to because I mean, sure it'd be great if we made it back there next year but who knows when the next opportunity is that we're going to get some of these shirts in," added Colona.

It's too soon to tell if the store will be getting more.

"But of course if we beat Michigan and we're able to go to the Elite 8 then we'll definitely get Elite 8 shirts in. If we get into the Final Four then we'll get the Final Four shirts in. Right now we're just sticking with the stuff that we have," said Colona.

But what makes these Sweet 16 tee-shirts so special is that both of big orange's basketball teams are on fire.

"It's awesome, there can't be anything better when your guys and your girls go. It's good when one gets it but when they both get it, celebrate," said fan Char Ross.

That's why Ross and other fans are grabbing gear while it's hot.

"I live in Florida and they're going to kick me out because I wear my Tennessee clothes all the time," said Ross.

Tennessee's men's team will go up against Michigan this Friday at 7:15pm, while the lady Vols could play either Texas or Maryland Sunday in Louisville.
