A California father battling cancer planned a mock wedding as a surprise for his 11-year-old daughter. Jim Zetz, 62, suffers from Stage IV pancreatic cancer and is only expected to live just a few months. As a surprise for his daughter, Josie, Jim and his wife planned a mock wedding where at the end of the tear-jerking ceremony he and his the little girl were pronounced "daddy and daughter." "It was not easy to do, let me tell you, but I wouldn't change it for the world," Jim told ABC News. "In 20 years when she really gets married, she's going to be happy that happened." Jim's wife, Grace, called the ceremony, which was documented a photographer close to the family, a "beautiful surprise." Photographer Lindsay Villatoro of Love Song Photography also helped find donations for Jim's suit, a white gown for Josie, a wedding cake and flowers. "We didn't really know what was going to happen," Grace Zetz said. "She put it all together in 72 hours. She came in with three truckloads of decorations for my backyard!" The breathtaking ceremony was held on March 14, Josie's 11th birthday.
