GREENEVILLE, TN (WJHL) - Patrick Fraley, the principal of Greeneville High School, tells News Channel 11 that classes will resume as normal on Friday, April 11, 2014.

Crews spent the day trying to repair an electrical malfunction.

Now Fraley says there are still some things that need to be patched up but there is not enough reason to cancel class for another day.

Greeneville High School will be open on Friday, April 11th.

Here's the previous report.

News Channel 11 has learned that there will be no classes at Greeneville High School Thursday.
A spokesperson for Greeneville City Schools says they are experiencing major electrical equipment failure  - affecting only the high school.

All other schools in Greeneville will be open on Thursday.

We are told another announcement will be made Thursday regarding classes on Friday at Greeneville High School.

News Channel 11 is following this story. We’ll post the latest developments as soon as it becomes available.
