JOHNSON CITY, TN (WJHL) -

Two more arrests have been made in an armed robbery incident at East Tennessee State University that occurred on Tuesday.

According to an ETSU news release, ETSU Public Safety arrested Isiaha Devon Milligan, 20, and Shannon Dapri Ontae Cooley, 19, Thursday.

An affidavit reportedly indicated that Milligan was one of the suspects involved in the robbery.

Cooley was charged with facilitation of an armed robbery, possession of schedule VI drugs for resale and possession of drug paraphernalia.

According to the release, investigators said Cooley, an ETSU student, was not present at the scene when the robbery took place.

Milligan and Cooley will both reportedly face campus disciplinary procedures.

Their arrest follows the arrest of James Q. Wolfe, who was charged Thursday with filing a false police report and conspiracy to distribute schedule VI drugs.
