"Picture perfect" weather expected for Easter Sunday

"Picture perfect" weather expected for Easter Sunday

Today’s forecast is just about “picture perfect”. We will see plenty of sunshine, light wind, low relative humidity values and highs right about where we should be for this time of year, so please enjoy it! The area of high pressure giving us this nice day will slowly drift eastward on Monday, but we should still see a lot of sunshine and temperatures in the low-mid 70s. It doesn’t last though as a cold front pushes into the area on Tuesday producing widespread showers and even a few thunderstorms. This front blasts through quickly though leaving more sunshine and warmer temperatures in its wake. In fact, some could see highs near 80° by Thursday. The weather pattern will remain “progressive” though, as yet another cold front barrels through on Friday bringing additional showers and storms to the region.

Today: Mostly sunny and pleasant. High: 75°.

Tonight: Mostly clear and quiet. Low: 49°.

Monday: More sunshine with a few afternoon clouds. High: 76°.
