LUTTRELL (WATE) - A father and son in Union County were indicted Thursday for the murder of their neighbor, according to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.

The Union County Grand Jury returned a second-degree murder indictment against Kevin Waggoner, and facilitation of second-degree murder against his son, Kolton Waggoner, 21.

Michael Woodby, 45, was shot to death in September  of 2013 in Union County.

Deputies discovered his body in a ditch along Highway 370 in Luttrell.

The TBI revealed a feud between Woodby and his neighbors.

In September, Woodby mailed 6 News several videos calling it evidence of the feud.
