KODAK (WATE) - Deputies in Sevier County are searching for two of three people suspected of breaking into a woman's house in Kodak, attacking her and stealing her purse.

The Sevier County Sheriff's Office says 911 received a call on May 1 around 12:20 p.m. from 4704 Shady Road. The female victim said three women kicked in the door, attacked her and then took her purse which had an unknown amount of money.

The woman, who had injuries to her face consistent with assault, said the three women, two of which she knew, drove off in a gold Chevrolet Blazer toward Knox County.

Deputies were able to identify two of the suspects as Kayla Linkes, 19, and Rebecca Linkes, 43. The third suspect was later found to be a man, identified as Jamarcus Horton, 20.

Deputies received information on May 3 that Rebecca Linkes was hiding in a camper on Whittaker Road in Jefferson County. Sevier and Jefferson County deputies went to the location and arrested Linkes without incident. She was taken to the Sevier County Jail on $75,000 bond.

Investigators continue to search for Kayla Linkes and Jamarcus Horton, who are believed to have fled the area. They may be driving a gold Chevrolet Blazer with tag H62-10S. Anyone with information is asked to call the Sevier County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigation Division at (865) 428-1899 or (865) 453-4668.
