KNOXVILLE (WATE) - It was every parent's worst nightmare: a bounce house leaving the ground and traveling some 50 feet into the air in New York.

Two young boys playing inside of it fell out, falling around 15 to 20 feet to the ground. Both were seriously hurt.

The bounce house was made by Little Tikes. Police say it was properly secured to the ground and several adults were on hand watching the children.

6 News wanted to know what the standard is for a bounce house being properly set in the ground, especially when it's a parent setting up the inflatable house, and not a trained professional.
