On Thursday, May 15th Governor Bill Haslam will take part in a ceremonial signing of a bill that will offer a free college education to high school graduates. Governor Haslam will sign the bill at Blountville's Sullivan Central High School Thursday morning at 10:45.

The bill is part of Haslam's "Drive to 55" initiative and will offer high school graduates two years of free higher education at community colleges and technical schools.
