WILLIAMSBURG (WATE) -  A Whitley County, Ky man was arrested after marijuana was found inside his home. According to the Whitley County Sheriff's Department, around 9:45 Friday night, deputies responded to a Tackett Creed Road home, where neighbors were arguing.

Deputies were told that  Joshua C. Singletary, 36, was growing marijuana inside his home by the residents of the other home.

Deputies asked, and were given permission, to search Singletary's home. They discovered a large, black garbage-style bag on a bed, and several large bags containing what they believed was marijuana. Deputies also found several other items often used to cultivate marijuana.

The marijuana were in bags labeled "Betty" and "Sue", which they believe identify which plants the marijuana came from.

Deputies say Singletary told them the marijuana was his, and he has been charged with first offense trafficking in marijuana.
