Previous story: Mark Hazelwood no longer president of Pilot Flying J

Pilot's Nashville-based attorney, Aubrey Harwell told 6 News Monday that Mark Hazelwood is no longer company president of Pilot Flying J, effective Sunday night.

FBI and IRS investigators raided Pilot Flying J's West Knoxville headquarters on April 15, 2013 after tipsters claimed the company was not properly paying rebates owed to diesel fuel customers.

Affidavits claimed Hazelwood, CEO Jimmy Haslam, and other top Pilot sales officials were aware of what was happening.

The case led to a number of lawsuits and several guilty pleas.
