KNOXVILLE (WATE) -The man charged with strangling his girlfriend and their daughter to death on Easter Sunday in 2012 entered a guilty plea Monday morning.

Jorge Alberto Molina was indicted on June 19 on three counts of first degree murder and felony murder. He's accused of strangling Nolvia Aguilera, 25, and their daughter, three-year-old Allison Aguilera, with a rope after an argument.

Officers who responded to a 911 call found their bodies in a van parked at a construction site on Rogers Island Lane, where Molina-Rivera was part of the crew.
