KNOXVILLE (WATE) - Three people were arrested Monday night after a store in South Knoxville was robbed. The three were also connected to another robbery that happened last week.

Anthony Smith, 18, is being held on $100,000 bond. Kaylecia Woodard, 21, is being held on $40,000 bond. Timeya Harris, 18, is being held on $150,000 bond.

Witnesses told police more than one suspect entered the Grocery and Tobacco Market, 1316 Maryville Pike, around 8:45 p.m. The suspects fled the area in an older model Lexus.

Officers were able to locate the vehicle in the 1200 block of Cook Drive. Three people were still inside.

Police found the handgun and clothing worn by the suspects inside the vehicle. The suspects also had possession of the stolen money.

Upon interviewing the three suspects and investigating evidence, the three were each charged with two counts of aggravated robbery. One count was for Monday night's robbery, while the other was for the robbery of BJ's Market, 2719 Sutherland Avenue, on June 12.

No one was injured in either robbery.
