KNOXVILLE (WATE) - Another case of the mosquito borne "Chikungunya" virus has been found in Knoxville.

The first confirmed case was reported Friday in Madison County. The state has investigated several suspected cases among others who had traveled to the Caribbean.

Symptoms include fever, headache, fatigue, nausea, vomiting, muscle pain, rash and joint pain. On a related note, so far this year, no human cases of West Nile virus have been reported in Tennessee.
