POWELL (WATE) - Detectives with the Knox County Sheriff’s Office are looking for a man who robbed a Powell pharmacy late Sunday night.

Officials say a man walked into the CVS pharmacy, 417 East Emory Road, around 11:17 p.m. Sunday and demanded narcotics from a pharmacy employee.

The man then ran from the store in an unknown direction.

The suspect is described as a white male with brown hair and a scraggly beard, approximately 25 to 30-years old, 5 feet 8 inches to 6 feet tall, and weighing 180 to 200 pounds. He was wearing a white t-shirt, blue shorts, and a gray and white ball cap with a power T on the front at the time of the robbery.
