CROSSVILLE (WATE) -  Crossville police are searching for at least one suspect wanted for indecent exposure. Two happened inside a Lowe's on Main Street within the past month. While another happened at a Goody's parking lot on Highland Square.

Sharon Conder and her teenage daughter are in shock to hear about three incidents in their community involving indecent exposure. She says people in the small town of Crossville like herself don't know how to take the news.

"It's an epidemic. That's scary. I mean what are we supposed to do with our kids? You know, little kids running around, seeing something like that in the store," said Conder of Crossville.

One of those flashing instances happened in the parking lot they're standing in outside of Goody's. Crossville police say a week ago, they received a call about a man standing next to a maroon Buick with his pants down.

In the police reports, the incidents happened only a couple miles away from each other and only a few days apart, but police aren't sure they're connected.

Lowe's security said in the report they had a similar incident happen only a couple of weeks before this one.

"It surprises me. Let's put it that way. I'm surprised that somebody would do that here," said Dan Sanders of Crossville.

Mothers like Conder hope the flashers are caught, but until then she's giving her kids some advice.

While police were searching for the flasher at Goody's, they ran across two people in a car who said they knew him. Those two ended up in handcuffs.

The two women told police the suspect was a passenger in their car. After a search of that vehicle, which belonged to Mellisa Williams, police found drugs and drug paraphernalia.

Police also found out Alicia Lutz was under house arrest and on probation.
