ROGERSVILLE (WATE) - A Rogersville man was arrested last week for outstanding warrants in connection with two meth labs, while the search continues for his wife.

Rickie Allen Campbell Jr., 27, was charged with promotion of methamphetamine manufacture and initiation of a process intended to result in the manufacture of methamphetamine.

The Hawkins County Sheriff's Office says on June 5, its narcotics unit responded to 227 Payne Ridge Road, Lot 16, about a meth lab in the home.

The homeowner said she had been allowing her daughter Morgan Hutson and son-in-law Rickie Allen Campbell Jr. stay at the residence while she stayed with another family member.

Officers noted numerous signs of meth manufacture and seized a number of chemicals used to make meth, including sodium chloride, ammonia nitrate, sodium hydroxide and muriatic acid. Officers also found a check card that belonged to Campbell.

Later, deputies responded on July 10 to another meth lab call on Richards Road. During this incident, officers recovered and seized two one-pot meth labs and a hydrochloric acid gas generator. A store receipt was also found containing an EBT food card number, determined to belong to Campbell.

Campbell is being held in the Hawkins County jail on $150,000 bond.

Deputies are still looking for Morgan Hutson on a warrant for promotion of methamphetamine manufacture. Anyone with details on her whereabouts should call the Hawkins County Sheriff's Office at (423) 272-4848.
