KNOXVILLE (WATE) - The cold front that brought the rain last night and for some of you late Tuesday afternoon will continue to push over the mountains this evening. In the wake of the front, much cooler and drier air settles in for a couple days, bringing some relief from the humidity.

The new air mass should remind you of fall. Moisture gradually increases late Friday. Low pressure develops to our south bringing scattered showers and storms to the region into early next week.

TONIGHT: Clearing Sky: 57°

WEDNESDAY: Mostly Sunny: 82

THURSDAY: More Sunshine: 84°

FRIDAY: Scattered Late Storms: 81°
