Knoxville gets a taste of fall as temps drop on Wednesday

KNOXVILLE (WATE) - Today feels more like late September than mid-July! Highs are only around 80 with low humidity.

We may set a new record low overnight tonight. The record is 59 set in 1945, and we’re predicting a low of 57.

The sunshine and cool weather will continue into Thursday with a high of 82.

A few showers return for Friday and Saturday, but it won’t be a wash-out. The showers will be hit or miss.
