Ingredients: 2-10 ounce ribeyes 1 tbsp butter 1 tbsp olive oil 1 cup sliced red onions 1 cup julienne red, yellow and green bell peppers 1 cup any mushrooms 1/2 cup red wine (1/2 cup beef stock can be substituted) 1 tbsp saute' dust 1 tbsp grill dust salt and pepper to taste
Preparation: Melt the butter and oil together. Rub 1/2 of both seasonings on both sides of the ribeye. Saute' on med hi heat for 4 minutes. Turn the meat, add veggies to one side of the pan and the rest of the seasonings. Saute 6 minutes, stirring the veggies. Turn the steak once more. De glaze the pan with wine/stock and serve.
