Gamberetto Con Pasta Frita

Sauce Ingredients:
8 ounces of baby shrimp
1/4 cup sliced red onions
1/4 cup julienne red, yellow and green Bell peppers
4 ounces fresh spinach
1 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp garlic
1 tsp saute' dust
1 tsp grill dust
2 tbsp Chardonnay wine
2 tbsp reggiano Parmigiano cheese
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

Saute all ingredients, except cream and cheese in a pan with melted butter. Saute for 5-6 minutes on high heat. Deglaze with white wine, then add heavy cream and cheese and reduce to a velvety sauce.

Pasta Ingredients:
2 ounces Angel Hair pasta
Prepared according to directions
In 3 inches of Peanut oil (hot), place cooked pasta in the oil. Cook until crisp. Serve with sauce over the noodles.
