Lamb Loin Chops

6 lamb loin chops
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp oregano (dry)
1 1/2 tsp basil (dry)
1 tsp saute dust
1 tsp grill dust
1 tsp course ground black pepper
1/2 cup beef stock or veggie stock
1 tsp crumbled rosemary leaves

Rub all seasonings and olive oil on lamb and grill to desired temperature. In a pan, heat 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp butter, 1 cup julienne bell pepper (red and yelloe), 1 cup sliced roma tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste (4 minutes). Add beef stock and reduce. Serve lamb on top of the veggies.
