Ingredients: 2 dozen green shell of Black Shell mussels 3 tbsp Olive oil 1 tbsp fresh Garlic 3 tbsp fresh Oregano or 1 tbsp dry Oregano 1/2 cup Chardonnay wine 1/2 cup veggie stock or fish stock or water salt and pepper to taste
Preparation: Saute' mussels in a pan with oil and butter and all seasonings (cook for 3 minutes). Add wine and stock, salt and pepper to taste. Cook on high heat for 1-2 minutes and reduce. Serve over pasta with Parmigiano cheese.
