Ingredients:
2 lbs roasted turkey breast
2 tbsp saute' dust
grill dust
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp softened butter
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp plain mustard
4 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 cup white wine
3/4 cup of heavy cream
Preparation:
Roast the whole breast with rubs (1 tbsp saute' dust, grill dust , 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp salt) rub 1 tbsp softened butter on the breast, bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Let set for 30 minutes.
Slice into 1/2 inch thick slices. In a saute' pan, melt 2 tbsp butter, 1/4 cup honey, 2 tbsp plain mustard, 4 tbsp Dijon mustard, 1 tsp saute dust , 1/2 tsp salt and pepper, 1/2 cup white wine, and reduce. Then add 3/4 cup of heavy cream and reduce to a velvetty sauce, pour over sliced turkey and serve.
