Ingredients: Approximately 6 ounces shrimp per person Melt 2 tbsp butter 1 tbsp Olive oil 1 tsp Garlic 1/2 tsp rubbed Sage 2 tbsp Parsley
Preparation: Saute' shrimp and other ingredients for approximately 3-5 minutes. Add 1 1/2 tsp brown sugar and a tbsp honey. Then deglaze pan with Chardonnay wine, Jack Daniels and freshly squeezed oranges. Salt and pepper to taste. Fold in penne pasta.
