Grits and Feta Casserole

Ingredients:
2 cups grits (instant or regular)
1/2 cup feta cheese
3 tbsp butter
saute' dust
1 egg
salt and pepper
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp parsley

Preparation:
Boil grits according to directions. Add all other ingredients and pour into a greased (sprayed) appropriately-sized baking dish. Pour the grits to cover only 1 1/2 inch high in the pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-20 minutes.
