Grill or Saute' 4-3 oz. pork loin chops (bone or boneless) rubbed with 1 Tbsp grill or saute' dust
Molasses Sauce Ingredients: 4 Tbs molasses5 Tbs red wine1 Tbs butter1 Tbs saute' dustsalt and pepper to taste
Preparation:Reduce all ingredients.
Apple Jack Sauce Ingredients: red delicious apples (sliced)2 Tbs butter2 Tbs brown 1/4 to 1/2 cup apple jack brandy, or apple juice1/4 Tbs coarse black pepper
Preparation: Saute' butter, brown sugar and pepper (and juice if you are not using the brandy) for 2-3 minutes. Add brandy and burn off alcohol.
