Pork Loin with Molasses Sauce

Pork Loin with Molasses Sauce

Grill or Saute'
4-3 oz. pork loin chops (bone or boneless) rubbed with 1 Tbsp grill or saute' dust

Molasses Sauce Ingredients:
4 Tbs molasses
5 Tbs red wine
1 Tbs butter
1 Tbs saute' dust
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
Reduce all ingredients.

Apple Jack Sauce Ingredients:
red delicious apples (sliced)
2 Tbs butter
2 Tbs brown
1/4 to 1/2 cup apple jack brandy, or apple juice
1/4 Tbs coarse black pepper

Preparation:
Saute' butter, brown sugar and pepper (and juice if you are not using the brandy) for 2-3 minutes.  Add brandy and burn off alcohol.

Serves 2
