Ingredients: 6 yellow, red or green Bell peppers 1 lb. ground beef or turkey 3 cups cooked rice 1 tbs saute' dust 1/2 cup tomato paste salt and pepper to taste 32 ounces of crushed tomatoes in puree
Preparation: Sear the peppers in olive oil. Cook the meat, remove from heat, drain. Add to meat the seasonings and rice. Stuff the peppers with this mixture. Place the peppers in a baking dish. Pour tomatoes evenly over them. Add salt and pepper to taste. Bake 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees. Bake covered for 25 minutes of this time.
