Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients:
1 large head of white cabbage (boiled and peeled individual whole leaves)
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
1/2 cup chopped red onions
2 cups cooked rice
1 tbs saute' dust
salt and pepper to taste
1 lb sauerkraut
4 tbs butter

Preparation:
Mix all meats, onions, rice and seasonings together. Place 3-5 tbs of meat mixture in 1 whole leaf(amount depends on the size of the cabbage leaf. Roll and place in baking dish, pour strained sauerkraut over the roll. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serves 2 - 4
