Saute'ed Cabbage, Onions

Ingredients:
1 cup shredded cabbage
1 cup sliced red onions
2 cups spinach (fresh)
2 tbs butter
1 tbs saute' dust
1 tbs brown sugar
*if desired, fat back, bacon or pruscuito

Preparation:
In a saute' pan, heat butter. Add cabbage, onions, spinach and saute' dust . Cook this mixture on medium high heat for about 3 minutes. Sprinkle sugar on top. Saute nicely and deglaze with chardonnay or vegetable stock. Let the wine or stock reduce down and cabbage should be slightly wilted.
