Ingredients: 2 chicken breasts, cut into strips 1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced 1 tbs orange Habernero sauce 2 tbs moonshine or Jack Daniels salt and pepper to taste 1 tbs saute' dust 1 tbs grill dust 1 tbs honey
Preparation: Melt butter in a saute' pan and saute chicken for 3-4 minutes. Add Bell peppers, hot sauce and seasonings. Saute for another 3-4 minutes, add the moonshine or Jack Daniels. Light, flame to burn the alcohol off. Add honey to coat the chicken and vegetables.
