Ingredients: 2 cups cut cauliflower 8 cups hot water 1 tbs butter 1/4 cup sliced red onions 2 tbs chopped parsley 1 sliced Portabello mushroom 1 tsp chopped garlic salt and pepper to taste
Preparation: Heat butter in saute' pan adding cauliflower and onions when hot. Saute' for 5 minutes then add mushrooms, parsley and garlic. Saute' for an additional 2 minutes. Add hot water, salt and pepper to taste and let simmer for 1/2 hour. Reducing by 1/4.
Optional Spices For optional flavor try adding oregano, thyme or ginger.
