Spinach Dip

Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped red onion
3 cups fresh chopped spinach
1 tbs butter
1 tbs saute' dust
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbs grill dust
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
8 ounces sour cream
2 or 3 whole tomatoes
4 Dill or Bavarian rolls

Preparation:
Saute' spinach in butter with onions until wilted. Let cool. In a bowl, whip cream cheese, sour cream and seasonings together. Add to cooled spinach and blend well. Let set 1 hour before serving.

Serve in a bread bowl or a regular bowl with assorted breads or crackers.
