Ingredients: 6 ounces sliced chicken breast 3 cups Green Leaf or Romaine lettuce 1 egg yolk 1/4 cup Olive oil 2 - 3 tbs Balsamic Vinegar 1 tbs chopped garlic Saute' dust to taste Grill dust to taste salt and pepper to taste
Preparation: Bread: Use the bread of your choice (Italian, Hoagie and Herb are suggestions). Slice the bread as if you were making a regular sandwich.
Whisk egg yolk, garlic, salt and pepper together. Add vinegar and keep whisking until dressing is smooth. Take each lettuce leaf and dip into the dressing. Place the coated leaves onto the bread.
Saute' chicken breast in olive oil, saute' dust, grill dust , salt and pepper until chicken is cooked. Place the cooked chicken on the lettuce leaves and top with bread slice.
