Baked Crab Custard

Ingredients
6 ounces blue crab meat
1 cup heavy cream
3/4 tsp cornstarch
2 large eggs or 3 medium eggs
1 tbs saute' dust
1/2 tbs grill dust
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Whisk egg yolks in a bowl. In a sauce pan, heat the cream and corn starch...just to a boil. Add seasonings. Then, slowly pour the cream mixture into the eggs. Stir constantly with a spoon, not the whisk. Add the crab meat and stir. Place in a buttered baking dish at 325 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
