Seasoned Halibut with Avacado Salsa

Ingredients and Instructions for Halibut
2 - 7 ounce halibut steaks or filets
1 tbs butter
1 tbs saute' dust
1/2 tbs grill dust
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp black pepper
Rub the halibut steaks with these seasonings. Saute in a pan with just a bit of butter, until they reach the desired tenderness. De Glaze the pan with a little wine.


Ingredients and Instructions for Avacado Salsa
1/2 diced California avocado
2 tbs small diced red onion
1 tbs small diced bell pepper
2 tbs small diced tomato
1/2 tbs saute' dust
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp Jamaican all spice
In a bowl, stir together all ingredients. This is a dry salsa, if you want it to be a little more moist, add just a touch of olive oil.
