Ingredients: 4-3 ounce pork loin chops3 tbs honey3 tbs soy sauce1 tsp hot sauce of your choice. Chef Jock suggests "Big S Farms Habenero Sauce"Preparation:Saute' the chops in a bit of butter and black pepper. Add the remaining ingredients just until warmed. Serve the meat with the pan drippings poured over the top.
