Honey Red Pepper Sauce

1 tbs butter
1/2 tsp chopped garlic
1/2 roasted red or yellow pepper (diced)
salt and pepper to taste
3/4 cup heavy cream
2 - 3 tbs white wine or chardonnay

Melt butter and saute the garlic and roasted pepper for 2-3 minutes. Add white wine and cook an additional 1 minute. Add the cream, salt and pepper and reduce by 1/3. Serve over your favorite meat dish.
