Ingredients:
For 1 pound of meat or seafood
1 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine or balsamic vinegar
1 tbs basil (dry)
1 tbs oregano (dry)
1 tbs parsley (dry)
1/4 tsp salt and pepper
1/2 tbs chopped garlic
1 tbs saute' dust
Preparation:
Blend or whisk all ingredients together. Rub 1 tbs saute' dust on all meat or seafood and place meat or seafood in marinade. Let marinate for 2-3 hours.
