Crab Alfredo Style

8 oz real blue crab meat (never use imitation crab)
1 1/2 Tbs butter
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 Tbs chopped parsley
3 3/4 cups heavy cream
1/4 cup white wine
1 tsp saute' dust
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup parmesean cheese (Rigiano or desired brand)
8 oz uncooked pasta

Cook pasta according to directions and set aside.

In a pan, saute' in butter all ingredients except cheese, wine and cream. Deglaze pan with wine for 3 - 4 minutes.

Add heavy cream and begin reduction. Add cheese and pasta. Serve when cheese is melted.

Serves 2.
