3 strips bacon, chopped
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/4 cup parmigiano reggiano cheese
1 tsp saute' dust
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
2 ounces provolone cheese, chopped
5 large regular mushrooms
1 tsp butter

Cook the bacon until crisp and drain off 1/2 of the oil. Add all the ingredients except mushrooms. Some vegetable stock or water may be needed for moisture to de glaze the pan.

Stuff the moisture inside the mushrooms and add a pat of butter to the top of each. Bake 3-6 minutes at 400 degrees.
