Crab in a Circle

1 1/2 inch sliced Italian bread
3 ounces of pure crabmeat
1 egg
1 tsp butter
1 1/2 tsp parsley
1/4 tsp saute' dust
1/4 cup Italian breadcrumbs
1/4 tsp black pepper
salt to taste

In a bowl, mix the crab, egg, crumbs, saute dust, butter, parsley, salt and pepper.  Cut a circle in the Italian bread (3 - 4 inches in the center).  Place the mixture into the hole of the bread and pan fry in butter, until golden brown on each side.  Use med to med-high heat.
