Beef Potato Cup

Ingredients

10 ounces fine beef (cut stir-fry style)
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 c diced bell pepper
2 whole potatoes (cut in half and hollowed)
Parmesan cheese
saute' and grill dusts
garlic

Preparation

Boil the potato until 80% done, cool in cold water. Saute' the steak, onions and bell pepper together with some saute' dust, salt and garlic. Saute' until the meat is medium rare. Place Parmesan cheese in the bottom of the potato, add meat mixture in the hollowed out portion of the potato. Add more Parmesan on top of the meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
