Italian Omelet

Italian Omelet

1 tsp butter
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
3 ounces Italian Sausage
2 Tbs diced bell pepper and diced onion
1 ounce slice Provolone
1 ounce Parmigiano

Saute' pepper and onion until wilted a bit. Scramble eggs, pour into a buttered skillet. Cook to desired doneness. Top with saute' d vegetables and cheeses. Fold egg over toppings. Serve hot.
