Braciola


Tenderize thinly sliced Sirloin or Ribeye. Rub meat with saute' dust and 1/2 - 1 tsp garlic powder. Place the rice mixture on the meat and roll. Place roll onto a baking dish , sprinkle with saute' dust and a bit of olive oil. Bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees.

 

Rice Ingredients and Instructions
4 cups cooked rice
1 cup parmesan cheese
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp saute' dust
salt and pepper to taste
3 TB flour

Mix all ingredients.
