Sachet of Fruit

Ingredients
4 5 X 5 (French) pastry sheets
1/2 cup fresh apples, grapes, strawberries, bananas
4 tsp butter
1 TB flour
2 TB light brown sugar
dash of cherry liquor

Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Place 2 - 3 TB on top of the pasty and bring the 4 corners up onto the middle of the dessert. This will look like an old-fashioned change purse, hence, the name sachet. Bake at 325 - 350 degrees until puffed and golden brown.
